Future Foundations is dedicated to providing young horses with the best possible start, addressing a critical need in the equine training industry. Recognizing that early handling profoundly impacts a horse's future, our program focuses on proper techniques from the moment imprinting begins. We offer a specialized 30-60 day handling course for weanlings, yearlings, and long yearlings, ensuring they are halter-broke correctly and patiently, avoiding the development of dangerous habits.
Our program includes ample turnout time to support healthy growth, combined with daily handling that encompasses grooming, bathing, groundwork exercises to instill general respect. We prepare young horses for the farrier, teach a solid understanding of pressure and release, and introduce trailer loading, desensitization, leading, and patience. We're committed to setting each horse up for a lifetime of success through thoughtful, gentle, and effective training methods.
Performance Partnership

Performance Partnership is an exclusive training program dedicated to developing top-tier performance horses. Admission is selective, recognizing that not every horse is suited for the demands of high-level competition.
Horses in this program undergo a rigorous training schedule, working a minimum of 5-6 days a week to maintain peak fitness and health. Our performance prospects receive exceptional care, including comprehensive grooming before and after each session, as well as post-workout ice, cold water therapy, and poultice/liniment applications. Prior to entering the program, each horse must be evaluated by our performance veterinarian and farrier, and undergo professional saddle fitting to ensure they are physically prepared for the intensive training ahead.

Problem horses/Fresh Restarts

The Problem Horse/Restart Program is a comprehensive 90-180 day initiative focused on equipping both you and your horse with the tools necessary to overcome behavioral challenges. We specialize in addressing a wide range of issues, including bucking, rearing, biting, kicking, charging, trailer loading difficulties, confidence and safety concerns, setback problems, alleyway issues, and farrier or stall/paddock problems.
Additionally, we cater to horses that have been idle for extended periods, possibly losing their training and developing undesirable habits. Our program offers a fresh start, revisiting the fundamentals of groundwork, saddling, and early riding stages to ensure they regain confidence and become safe partners once again. We're dedicated to helping horses and their owners rebuild trust and achieve a harmonious relationship through patient, effective training methods.
